Manfred scowled. "Don't mind if I do." he snarled back.

He had the plan of hypnotizing the girl, and even though it was probably still weaker than before, he wouldn't hold back.

Manfred stared into her eyes, already starting the trance. He woudln't do much, not really. He would only hynotize her to be more obedient. That was all he asked for.

She struggled at first, not really sure what he was doing but knowing that she didn't want whateever it was to happen. But her mind gave in eventially, her head drooped a little, and some of the angry fire left her eyes.

Manfred let out a small smirk as Jesse was completely hypnotized. Successful at his work, he dropped the spell and asked her slyly, "So, what will you be doing?"

Seraphyna jumped at the sudden presence beside her but relaxed a little when she saw it was Jesse. "D-don't scare me like that...." she whispered, her hands shaking and her lower lip trembling.

Serphyna frowned a little and titled her head in confusion. Something was off about her but she wasn't sure what.

That was the least of her worries, however. Ivie was still demanding to see Manfred and everyone else was just staring in Ivie's general direction, listening to her.
